What is sodium dodecyl sulphate?

It is not sensitive to alkali and hard water, but its stability under acidic condition is second to general sulfonate, close to AES, long-term heating should not be more than 95 ℃, irritation belongs to the middle level among surfactants, 10% solution irritation index is 3.3, which is higher than AES and lower than sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (LAS for short).
